  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0.00 – Enjoy premium decorative cushions with zero shipping costs on qualifying orders.

How do your cushions arrive packed? To protect your items and optimize shipping, many of our premium cushion inserts are vacuum-sealed in clean, heavy-duty protective bags. Once opened, simply plump and pat the cushion vigorously, and it will expand to its full, fluffy, and luxurious shape within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I track my package? Absolutely. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your Veltrissa delivery straight to your couch.

Product Details & Care

Are Veltrissa cushion covers machine washable? Yes, most of our signature covers are! Thanks to our high-quality invisible zippers, you can easily remove the covers. We recommend washing them inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and air drying to preserve the premium fabric texture and color brilliance. For delicate fabrics like silk or heavily beaded collections, please check the specific product description page.

Do the cushions come with both the cover and the insert? We offer flexibility for your decor needs! We sell both Complete Cushions (Cover + Premium Insert included) and Covers Only if you already have inserts at home. Please make sure to select your preferred option on the product page before adding it to your cart.

Are your materials safe for pets and children? Yes, 100%. We strictly utilize certified hypoallergenic, toxic-free, and lead-free fabrics and fillings, making Veltrissa cushions entirely safe and cozy for kids and pets to snuggle against.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to love your new comfort zone! We accept returns on completely unused, unwashed cushions and covers in their original, pristine packaging with all factory tags fully intact within 30 days of delivery.
